In this focus I project to the alterversity in dreams and teach a class there.

I asked a question for Iona that I thought would be somewhat pertinent to others, in which she has had trouble with her sleep schedule. She felt that part of the conflict was trying to conform to a be awake daily and sleep nightly schedule, which is not her natural flow. She, at times, also tends to sleep 10-15 hours a day or stay awake 30 hours straight. Elias confirmed that it is more of a natural flow for her to sleep more during the day or sleep when she feels like it and not fight it, paying attention to how much thinking she engaging during times she cannot sleep. I can relate to the thinking part of this scenario as I am a sound sleeper and can fall asleep at the drop of a dime, yet during the rare times I find it hard to sleep, I know my mind is racing with thoughts about either specific things or rampaging through general avenues and topics...thinking thinking thinking. Basically, for some of us (no absolutes) this sleep difficulty may have something to do with getting our minds to quite down and align with our bodies in sleeping... it’s a matter of relaxing.

I also spoke with Elias about my intent and how I incorporate my fear to pace myself within the movement of my intent in this focus. I explained my assessment of his interpretation of my focus intent back in ’99 and then his expanding on that definition after the night I lived. I streamlined both explanations into one defined intent in this focus, which is to be aligning Essence, Action, and personality to generate innergy that moves in conjunction with this shift in consciousness. Basically, since I create very rapid movement, I use my fear and judgments and even doubts, worries, suspicions to pace myself in the expression of my intent so that I am not freaking others out with what I allow. This is the reason I chose Responsibility as my primary core truth. Two qualities of my intent is to be aiding in lessening trauma in this shift, while also helping to “progress” or “advance” within that movement; and the second quality is for me to take on and experience, myself, main stream experiences that everyone can relate to as to lend innergy to that movement and to more efficiently relate, understand, and translate in communication with other individuals.

I discussed how my specific fears, judgments, doubts and worries and even my hesitations are tools I use to slow my movement at times in adjusting the speed of my pace to slow down and examine my movement. I create a personality that contrasts with the world we agree on so that I stop and question. All this so that I am giving myself time to adjust to my expansions in my movement in expressing my intent. The fears and such are quite purposeful and are not something to discard or ignore. We used several mundane experiences I had currently to illustrate how I have recently used fearfulness and doubt to slow down my movement so that I’m paying more attention to the movement itself as to allow myself a relaxation and an allowance of myself to adjust to the swift movement I made prior to slowing myself down a bit.

We covered my fears as they relate to my past experiences in unstable living and how my direction has shifted and I am incorporating a more solid foundation in my life---creating more freedom and security within expressing and experiencing that freedom. We covered how my intent and fearfulness is expressed in the employment/career area of my life, as well as my relationships: past, present, and future. In this we explored further, the 101 line of probabilities and the potentials I am generating in that direction. There’s much, much more but I’m gonna stop writing on this topic now...

Elias and I talked about some more personal subject matter as relates to my beliefs and my identification of them in relation to past experiences which I won’t bore you with. J I have identified all of my beliefs, core truths, and even all of my underlying beliefs that is to my present capacity to notice and identify with my degree of awareness currently.

I get major migraines when I am holding tightly to my innergy, and also at times when I am expanding in my awareness, though typically, it is related to my holding tightly to my innergy.

Elias validated my awareness of the many, many probable selves I am aware of, which I listed a few in the session for him. Also, he validated my interaction with a few of them.

Most of the session was him validating my assessment of my experiences, beliefs, etc. He also acknowledged me in my movement as I have moved through most of my Personal Responsibility issues and also my belief that struggle is more noble.

We discussed what fame means to me and why that is the primary line of probabilities in my focus. In that we discussed my awareness of my being famous when I was like 4, and how I had memories of the future I didn’t understand until the sequence of time caught up with me and I inserted those experiences into my officially accepted reality and understood who the people were and the places and why I was there. He also validated my ability to view my movement more in the moment through the sight of simultaneous time. There were a lot of validation, actually, and acknowledgement.

We talked a little more about my book that I completed and that I’ve not only set the probabilities into motions leading into the wealth and fame expressions, but also begun actualizing that signaling my being ready to incorporate the expression of wealth and fame into my officially accepted reality. In this he validated my idea to merge several different projects I have going on in my more and more successful sign business and in starting the reality show, along with starting the studio in relation with the production company I am a part of. He was greatly encouraging me in that area.

I talked with Elias about my expanding awareness of reality and how it works on a very larger scale. We discussed how I start to get pulled somewhere else in consciousness when engaging a certain state of mind that has been becoming more frequently experienced. In this, we touched a little more on worth and how each individual and each focus, each essence contributes to existence. He likened “where I’m being pulled to” to my “whiting-out” experience he explained to me in my very first session, in which I engaged this state of mind for the first time in my teen years. Basically that was a confronting myself in my larger awareness as essence, but holding that awareness as essence while in my focus. He said I have been engaging this state of mind more and more because I’m expanding in my awareness."
