As of 10:10 am I am officially divorced but I have to wait for the final documents to be sent to me. I was nervous when I got there but the judge was very funny and made me smile a lot.  She asked me if I was sure that marriage counseling would not help, but she hardly kept a straight face as she said it. I told her since I had not seen him in 22 years I think it was safe to say marriage counseling was not an option.  She said that as soon as I received the documents I would be free to marry again. (where is that "rofl" smiley when you need it?) I told her that I think I will just live with someone next time unless I really don't want to see them again then I will marry them. 

For me this is imagery of freedom and expansion.  I am so happy.
