Ioanna: I guess I want to have some impressions validated today.

Ioanna: I won't ask how you are. I've read too many sessions to know the answer.

Ioanna: Hmm, ok I guess I will start with family info and... I was talking to Lynda and some... like... somehow the word Tumari came to me. [after hearing the word Tumari in my head I thought that maybe that was my belonging family and that is why I asked about it first] Is that actually a subdivision or was that just a joke between us?
Elias: (pause) A subdivision of which family?
Ioanna: I was thinking that it was a cross between Tumold and Sumari.
Elias (pause) More associated with Sumari.
Ioanna: Ok
Elias: Yes, you are correct.
Ioanna: Oh ok, and then I wanted to ask about my belonging family. Originally when I first started reading the sessions my impressions were that I was Tumold belonging and Sumari aligned, but then later, I think you say it Milumet, that came in too, and I was wondering what my families were?
Elias: Essence family Tumold.
Ioanna: That's my belonging family?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Ok.
Elias: Your original impressions are correct.
Ioanna: Ok Tumold/Sumari?
Elias: Yes
Ioanna: Oh, ok, wow. (laughs) Ok, I had a dream then with, I think it was you in the dream, who handed me a red ball or let me pick a red ball from a basket, and when I went to pick it I tried to put it back in, and if it was you, you told me I didn't even know what it meant, and at the time I thought it had to do with the Milumet family. Um, was that you in my dream?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok, did that have something to do with being religious focused?
Elias: (pause) No, but it is an association with the Milumet family.
Ioanna: Ok, (laughs) that's what I thought. Was I temporarily aligning with them?
Elias: No, merely offering yourself information in relation to this family to offer yourself a greater understanding of individuals that are aligned with this family, or belonging to this family.
Ioanna: Oh, ok. I think that perhaps some of my family members are. Is that true?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: My mother?
Elias: Aligned, yes.
Ioanna: Yes, ok, and my sister?
Elias: Belonging to.
Ioanna: Oh wow. Ok, that's what I thought. Is my mother belonging to the Vold family?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Oh, ok, and is my sister Tumold aligned?

Ioanna: Recently I was thinking about how many focuses I had and the number 1071 came to me.
Elias: Ahhh, (Ioanna giggles) I may express an acknowledgment of you.
Ioanna. Wow! (laughing) Thank you.

Ioanna: (laughs) I think I am doing pretty well here.
Elias: Ha ha ha, I'm in agreement! Ha ha ha.
Ioanna: Can you tell me how many I can easily access?

Ioanna: 412, oh ok. Wow, that's a lot of work! (laughs)

Ioanna: Um, I had a dream not long ago that I had 7, well actually that there were 7 focuses in the current timeframe.
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: There is?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Cool, ok, good! So in the dream I believe there were 4 male and 3 female. Is that also right?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Or was that a translation?
Elias: This is correct.
Ioanna: Ok, and I feel in general that I have had more female than male focuses.
Elias: Yes, you are correct.
Ioanna: (looking at list) Um, let's see, am I in transition?
Elias: No. [it sounds just like yes again]
Ioanna: Since 1998?
Elias: No.
Ioanna: Can you tell me what year?
Elias: You are not engaging transition.
Ioanna: Oh ok, I thought you said yes. (both laugh) I have to listen carefully. Ok, so this is part of being a dispersed essence...the things I go through?
Elias: You are not a dispersed essence.
Ioanna: Oh, I thought you said yes to that. I really need to listen to the tape I guess, so I'm not. So why is it that I feel that I become other people? Like, I just easily dream their dreams, think their thoughts...
Elias: This is your expression of engaging your empathic sense.
Ioanna: Oh, ok.
Elias: Which I am understanding at times individuals may confuse that action with being a dispersed essence, and in actuality some individuals naturally engage their empathic sense quite frequently.
Ioanna: Oh ok, I seem to do it a lot.
Elias: (laughs)
Ioanna: I want to ask a question about my intent. Does it have something to do with freely expressing myself regardless of the situation, or what people, like family or friends, think about it?
Elias: In a manner of speaking.
Ioanna: Ok.
Elias: But the general theme, or intent, in your focus is an exploration of responses and reactions.
Ioanna: Ok. With others?
Elias: Correct, and therefore, one of the more specific avenues or directions within that general theme is to be allowing yourself to freely be expressing yourself and not concerning with what other individuals...
Ioanna: With others?
Elias: Correct.
Ioanna: That's caused a lot of conflict over the years. Actually I think I'm getting better with it now, in how I allow myself to not feel guilt.
Elias: Yes. This also is associated with paying attention to yourself more...
Ioanna: Oh, ok.
Elias: ...and in this, as you are paying more attention to you, and also offering yourself the freedom of your expressions, you are less concerned with other individuals' perceptions.
Ioanna: Oh, ok. Um, let's see, I have a list here, I am trying to go through it. (laughs)
Elias: Ha ha ha ha!
Ioanna: Do you and I share focuses?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: How many?
Elias: 44.
Ioanna: 44? Are there any family type relationships?
Elias: Yes!

Ioanna: Um, (looks at list) hmmm, oh ok, I have a friend who lives in Sweden and we've only known each other a few months, but this person, (loud sigh) it's hard to explain. I have like, a very intense relationship with this person, and I was wondering if we fragmented from the same essence. If we... are we essence twins? [I was so afraid to ask this question because I knew Elan was my essence twin but I was afraid Elias would say no.]
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: We are! (voice trembling)
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Oh, ok! (sounding relieved) So, um, let' see, is he Gramada aligned?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Oh, ok! I feel like he's probably been in just about every focus that
I've had. Is that true?
Elias: Almost, yes. [My impression is that Elan and Iona have shared over 900 focuses in this physical dimension, but it is not confirmed yet.]
Ioanna: Can you tell me how many focuses he's had?
Elias: 1162.
Ioanna: Oh, ok. He'll be happy to hear. (laughs) Um, I have friend named "M" and I wondered if she and I are parallel counterparts?
Elias: Yes and no. For you are now and you have been in different time frameworks pastly, but you also have at times disengaged that counterpart action and have resumed it in other time frameworks.
Ioanna: Oh, ok. Have we been counterparts even before we met?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Oh, ok. Can you give me her essence name?
Elias: Essence name, *deleted by request*
Ioanna. Oh, ok, and her belonging family?
Elias: And your impression?
Ioanna: Um, ha ha, I guess I haven't really thought much about her. She believes that she's Sumari.
Elias: Correct.
Ioanna: She'll be happy to hear that, and her aligning family?

Ioanna: And she has a relationship that right now is kind of the same with my relationship, to my friend in Sweden, with a man, and she was wondering what their connection is?
Elias: A familiarity that is generated in association with many shared focuses.
Ioanna: Would it be like a soul mate relationship?
Elias: In a manner of speaking, yes.
Ioanna: Oh, ok. Is he also Sumari?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Is that belonging?

Ioanna: The same person, "M", and I... we shared a dream, about what I think is a serial killer, and in the dream I was being operated on by this man while I was awake, and she had a very similar dream on the same night I believe. Is this a shared focus we have?
Elias: Yes, you are correct.
Ioanna: Was she the serial killer?
Elias: No.
Ioanna: No? Was I?
Elias: No.
Ioanna: Ok. Um, was the man's name Albert Fish?
Elias: No.
Ioanna: Oh. Ok. Were we victims of... I say victims... but were we...
Elias: I am understanding. Yes!
Ioanna: Yes we were? Ok.
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Can you tell me, like, the timeframe? It seems like to me in the early 1900's but I'm not quite sure.
Elias: Early 1800's.
Ioanna: Oh, ok! Wow! In the dream I didn't feel a thing. (laughing)
Elias: Ha ha ha ha ha! Quite fortunate!
Ioanna: It was like I was very calm during the whole thing, and it was interesting.
Elias: (Laughing)
Ioanna: Ummm... (looking at list) I'm kind of jumping around here on the page. I want to ask... I had an incident with my vacuum cleaner. I guess it was a few weeks ago. I was vacuuming, and just for a few minutes I left the room, and when I came back the vacuum was taken apart. Part of it was in one room, and part was in the other, and I don't know. I guess that's part of the reason I thought I was in transition. I am doing weird things and not remembering them. [I never physically took the vacuum apart. I just left the room and when I came back it was in two different rooms. There was no one else around. Very freaky!]
Elias: Ha ha ha ha!
Ioanna: (laughs) Can you tell me what happened?
Elias: (still laughing) This is imagery that you have presented to yourself in relation to yourself and your expressions, at times, of being scattered or fragmented so to speak, not in terms of fragmentation and that subject matter, but in terms of...
Ioanna: Spacey?
Elias: ...attention.
Ioanna: Right! I'm spacey sometimes. (laughs)
Elias: Correct, and in this, as your attention is fragmented, at times you have projected an energy to offer yourself objective imagery, in experience, to be serving as a reflection so to speak. Rather than reflecting that through another individual. (coughing)
Ioanna: Oh ok, wow. (laughs) It's just so strange that I can do things like that. Ok, I don't know why I surprise myself. I seem to have done thing like that most of my life and it always... I used to think I was going crazy.
[On the tape I heard more coughing than I heard on the phone]
Elias: (laughs)
Ioanna: Um, let's see... Oh! A few weeks ago I was emailing back and forth with Lynda, and while I was I felt, especially when we were talking about you, I felt a tickle on my neck. Was that you?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok, (laughs) and the lights dimming at the same time?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Oh! Thank you! (laughs)
Elias:(laughs)
Ioanna: So you... obviously you're aware when I talk to you?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Let's see. I want to ask about famous focuses. (laughs) I almost didn't want to because it was a little embarrassing, but I feel like... all my life I felt like I was famous. Do I have a few famous focuses?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Are there any in this timeframe?
Elias: No.
Ioanna: No? Am I an observing essence to Marilyn Monroe?
Elias: (pause) Yes!
Ioanna: I am! Oh, ok. Am I observing anyone famous right now? There's a singer that I saw on TV and somehow I felt that she was me. Her name's Shakira.
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: I'm observing her?
Elias: Yes, but not throughout the entire...
Ioanna: Right! I didn't think so. Is that more like a recent thing?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Ok. I have two names. They are Carmen and Montiga. Are these essences or are they focuses of mine?
Elias: Focuses of yours.
Ioanna: Ok. Is one of them in another dimension?
Elias: (pause) No, but you are moving close to an awareness of another focus in another dimension, in a manner of speaking.
Ioanna: Do I have a focus in the dimension... I think it's called Merluna?
Elias: (coughs) Yes.
Ioanna: Is that the one I associate with being Pleiadian?
Elias: (pause) No.
Ioanna: I had a reading recently with another essence [Aloya through Nikki Huckfield] who told me I have a focus in a dimension that created Lemuria. Is that the one in Merluna?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Oh. Ok, and do I have a few Native American focuses?
Elias: Yes, in different locations.
Ioanna: A Shawnee Medicine woman in 1780 Ohio Valley?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok, and have I communicated with her through mice in this focus?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Oh wow! (sigh of relief) I'm so glad to hear that.
Elias: Ha ha ha ha ha!
Ioanna: I just remember the first time I actually communicated with a mouse, and then when I first found out about her I had a mouse dream. This is so cool!
Elias: (laughing)
Ioanna: Ok, I have a question about Connor. Um, around him I get Scottish... I get impressions that I've been with him in Scotland, and I also felt that he was connected with the "Bruces." Is Robert the Bruce a focus of Connor?
Elias: No, but he is an observing essence.
Ioanna: He is!
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Ok, and do I have a few focuses in Scotland?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Was I, let's see, did I know William Wallace in Scotland?
Elias: Indirectly, yes.
Ioanna: Ok, so I was there in that time period?
Elias: Yes, and a follower, but not what you may term to be an actual acquaintance.
Ioanna: Ok. I know my essence name is Iona and I was wondering if there was any connection with Iona, Scotland there?
Elias: (pause) No.
Ioanna: No? I didn't think so, just thought I'd ask though. (laughs)
Elias: Ha ha ha ha!
Ioanna: I wasn't feeling that draw at all. Um, let's see... Oh! There is a woman, Jeannie, at the Elias group, and I was wondering what our connection is? Is it a counterpart action?
Elias: You do engage counterpart action, but you also participate in several focuses together.
[I clearly remember Elias saying "many shared focuses as friends" here but now it has changed. That is so strange, but I still know that she and I share many focuses as friends. :)]
Ioanna: Ok. I recently had a dream about dolphins, and Mary was in it, and I believe you were in it too. You talked to me through Mary, and in the dream I felt like the dolphins were dolphins from another dimension, and my son has a video game [Echo the Dolphin] I was very drawn to. Do I have a focus as a dolphin in another dimension?
Elias: A similar manifestation, but not that precise manifestation which you recognize as a dolphin.
Ioanna: Right! In the dream [I have had several dreams about these dolphin-like beings] they did not look exactly like dolphins that we have here but...
Elias: Correct.
Ioanna: But, like the translation was dolphin. It was the closest I could come.
Elias Correct! This is accurate!
Ioanna: Oh, ok. Does my son have a focus there with me?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Do I have a focus in New Orleans who practiced Vodun... Voodoo?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Was that in the 1940's?
Elias: Earlier.
Ioanna: Earlier, ok, and my current partner was he there with me?
Elias. An acquaintance in that focus.
Ioanna: Ok, actually he's the one who got the impressions on this, and he's not really into all this, so it was pretty good. (laughs)
Elias: (laughing)
Ioanna: He's getting into it now. Can you tell me if... can I give you my impressions on my partner? (laughs)
Elias: You may.
Ioanna: Ok, I wrote it down. I can't think right now. (laughs) Here's the family impressions I have. I am not sure of the order though. Either Gramada/Zuli or Sumafi/Zuli?
Elias: Sumafi/Zuli.
Ioanna: Oh, ok. (softly) I knew that.
Elias: Ha ha ha ha!
Ioanna: I don't think he wanted to be Zuli for some reason. (both laugh) Can you give me his essence name?
Elias: Essence name, Tarmak.
Ioanna: Tarmak?
Elias: T-a-r-m-a-k.
Ioanna: Oh wow! I had a dream recently, but the name in the dream was Martok. In the dream we lived in an underground society. Was this a focus?
Elias: Yes, in another dimension.
Ioanna: Ok. All my life I've had this feeling of living underground somewhere. As a child I had a dream that my family were... they were albinos, and we all lived underground. Is this the same dimension?
Elias: Yes, but this also is a translation associated with what is known...
Ioanna: Right, right!
Elias: ...in your physical dimension. In actuality, these manifestations would not necessarily be classified as Albino, but they do incorporate a translucent quality.
Ioanna: Sometimes I think of myself like that. It's a vision I get of myself being translucent. So that has to do with that too?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: I had another dream of being in a dimension where there were kind of squidlike beings and I read in a session where another person also had a dream like that. Do I share a focus there or was I just tapping into something?
Elias: You do incorporate focuses in that physical dimension.
Ioanna: I do?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Am I one of the squidlike beings?
Elias: Yes. [Calamari anyone? :)]
Ioanna: Ok. (laughs) There was a time I was looking at Hubble telescope pictures and I had this wave of terror come over me. Can you tell me what happened there?
Elias: And your impression?
Ioanna: In a way I felt like... I think, like... I was looking at myself. I got a feeling of more of what I was. Do you know what I'm saying?
Elias: I am understanding.
Ioanna: And it scared me.
Elias: I may express to you it is partially associated with that recognition and it is also partially associated with another focus in what you may term to be cave dwellers, and a meteor shower. Which was quite frightening for that individual, in that focus, but your impressions as to the vastness of yourself, and experiencing a moment of inner knowing that all that is in your universe is an expression of you is also correct, and I am understanding your response in fear temporarily, for that fear is associated with the tremendous power that you incorporate.
Ioanna: Oh wow! That just made a really big impression on me when I saw those pictures that time. So... even thinking now... I have like, this shakiness.
Elias (laughs)
Ioanna: Deep breath! (laughs) Do I have a focus that recently disengaged of stomach cancer? A male?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: I do! That was in the current timeframe, so now there are only 6 of us?
Elias: Correct!
Ioanna: Ahh, I knew it. I had so much stomach pain during that time. Um, ok, another dream. I know, I have a lot of dreams. That's where a get a lot of my impressions.
Elias (laughs) That is quite acceptable my friend. Ha ha ha ha!
Ioanna: I know it is. (laughing) I feel like I always have to explain myself.
Elias: Ha ha ha ha. It is unnecessary for you to be justifying to myself.
[I felt total acceptance in that moment.]
Ioanna: Ok! (laughs) I had a dream that I was a man. I was in his body, but he was not aware of me being in his body. It seemed to be... maybe... in Medieval times. He had a relationship with a woman who... I'll say evil. (laughs) You know like the evil sorceress type?
Elias: I am understanding.
Ioanna: Ok, so he had this relationship with her, and she was kind of like controlling this man. And she had him marry, um, a woman, but then she made him... he sent the woman [the wife] away out of fear that she would be harmed, and his son would be harmed. Is this a focus?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Was I the man?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: And is this in this dimension, here?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Oh, ok! So it was in Medieval times?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Was he a prince?
Elias: No.
Ioanna: Yes?
Elias: No.
Ioanna: Ok, was he some kind of, I don't know, man in power?
Elias: A Lord.
Ioanna: A Lord? Oh, ok. Right now I am in Florida visiting family [I do not know why I said Florida because I was in NJ but Elias seemed to know what I meant] and on the trip down I kept seeing dead animals, and blood. A lot of blood on the road. I was just wondering what exactly that's all about? (Nervous laugh) I tried to think about what it could be. A friend actually dreamt about animals around that same time, so I am wondering if it is something with me, or if I was just connecting with that person?
[My friend had a dream about dead animals around the time of my trip and they said they heard a voice in it and thought it was mine.]
Elias: It is you engaging your empathic sense, and generating objective physical imagery in association with your empathic sense in relation to another individual.
Ioanna: Would this be my friend in Sweden?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok, and I feel like he was in a lot of pain there for awhile... kind of emotional pain. We had a little situation between us before I left.
Elias: I'm understanding.
Ioanna: Is that what it had to do with?
Elias: Yes
Ioanna: Ok, (looking at list) um, let's see... Oh, and a symbol... I recently dreamt of symbol <http://amara.omnispirit.net/Empowerment_Symbols.php> that had the word Om and then Ra, OmRa <http://amara.omnispirit.net/Empowerment_Symbols.php#Omra> flashing above it. It's kind of vague now how it actually happened. The symbol I told to a friend, (Omar) who uses that name as a screen name online, and I am wondering if that symbol was for that person?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok, because he's using it now to heal <http://www.omnispirit.net/> , or something to do with healing, and I thought that was cool. Is the symbol a tile too?
Elias: Are you inserting it?
Ioanna: Oh, I don't know much about the tiles. I guess that's my choice to insert it?
[I had no clue what it meant to insert it at that time.]
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok, (laughs) well I'm not exactly sure how that whole thing goes. (laughs)
Elias: Ha ha ha ha!
Ioanna: I guess I'll have to read about it more.
Elias: Very well.
Ioanna: So I haven't inserted it yet?
Elias: Not yet.
Ioanna: But that's just my choice?
Elias: Correct!
Ioanna: Ok, oh, I have a friend named Dom and I wondered if he is also counterpart with me?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: He is... and he feels a strong connection to Baron Munchausen. Can you tell me what that connection is?
Elias: A friend.
Ioanna: Oh, they were friends?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: He will love that. Um, when I was... I guess at around age 12 or 13 I started using LSD pretty regularly, and the things that I saw... were they real? (laughs) Were they real dimensions that I was visiting? [I saw some pretty amazing dimensions many of which cannot be translated but a few that can]
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: It was! So I have a focus as a being that I would... I guess to me... I translate it as being all metal, like a child's toy transformer type thing?
Elias: I'm understanding.
Ioanna: Ok
Elias: This is a fairly accurate translation.
Ioanna: Ok, (pause) and I had a dream... my dad disengaged in May and I had a dream a few months before that of being in a fog, and in the fog I had no body. I was thinking and there were other thoughts in the fog with me. Is this kind of my translation of essence?
Elias: No, this is imagery that you have presented to yourself, concerning yourself, at times, and your attention, and at times not paying attention to yourself in the now, and in a manner of speaking, generating, figuratively speaking, that type of movement in your focus as not entirely steering your own ship yourself, and moving through a fog.
Ioanna: Ok, and my mother also had the dream on the same night that she was in a fog type thing. Was that similar for her?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: Oh, ok, and I felt like that dream prepared me for my father... for his disengagement. Was that what the dream was about when I saw the sleeping man in the chair, and my dad made me walk out and look at him?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok, and the dog! In the dream there was a dog guarding the body, and then a couple of months after my dad disengaged... the dog... a similar dog showed up in my yard. Was that kind of like something from my dad or...
Elias: It is imagery that you have presented to yourself in tapping into the energy of that individual, and in validation and acknowledgment to yourself you presented the objective imagery of the creature.
Ioanna: Is my dad still in transition?
Elias: Yes.
Ioanna: He is. Ok. I'd like to ask essence family info for my daughter. My impression is that she's Tumold also. Is this right?
Elias: Belonging to, yes.
Ioanna: Ok, and is she Ilda aligned?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Is her essence name Bell?
Elias: Quite close.
Ioanna: (excited) Ok! I have been calling her Bell since she was a little girl.
Elias: Essence name, Bellen.
Ioanna: Ellen?
Elias: Bell-en, B-e-l-l-e-n.
Ioanna: Oh, ok, and I have a question for my "family member". She has psoriasis. There's blisters on her feet, and she wanted to know what is causing this in her?
Elias: (long pause) This is a manifestation that is associated with a discounting of self, and a lack of trust of her ability to be expressing herself in her own freedom, and in this there is a manifestation of physical affectingness associated with this particular area of the physical body consciousness, for it is imagery concerning movement, and the significance of the individual's allowance of them self to be acknowledging of herself. Not limiting herself, in her movement, and her choices, in relation to a fear concerning perceptions of other individuals, and allowing herself to be dictated to by other individuals.
